As a Certified Nurse Practitioner (APRN, FNP-C) for Regency Pain, Shawnda takes a personalized, patient-first approach to providing care. Utilizing the latest in evidence-based practices, she is skilled at assessing a patient’s current health concerns and putting together a comprehensive treatment plan to address their specific needs.

Shawnda is proficient in both patient and family education regarding the management of acute and chronic health conditions and brings advanced problem solving and communication skills to her role as a Regency provider. With a strong personal Commitment to Excellence, Shawnda empowers her patients to become advocates for their own personal journey to better health. Patients love her warm upbeat demeanor, and her calming, nurturing spirit.

Hermine Ariyibi is a Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner (APRN, ANP-C) for Regency. She brings a wonderful sense of humor to her clinical role and new patients always feel at ease with her within the first few minutes. Hermine understands a patient’s pain is personal and she makes it her personal goal to listen attentively to what they share with her so she better understands their situation and how best to treat it.

Hermine’s philosophy for achieving Excellence in Patient Care Delivery is to “always be intentional, stay in the moment, listen carefully, and give patients the opportunity to share their story.” She loves that she gets to make a real difference in a patient’s life by providing them with clarity, support and hope for a pain free future.

Dr. Dirnberger is Board Certified in Neuromusculoskeletal and Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine and specializes in Interventional Pain Management. Dr. Jason Butler specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic and acute pain. He is best known for his thoughtful and personal approach to patient centered care. He understands the importance of getting to know his patients, asking questions and listening inventively, to gain a better perspective for their particular situation. Once he understands their pain, he explains the different treatment options available to treat it; from the most conservative care to more advanced options. Once a diagnosis is determined, Dr. Butler works with his patients to create a customized treatment plan specially tailored for their unique situation.
