  • Experience

  • Emeri has been a practicing Physician Assistance for 4 years.  In that short time she has had the opportunity to work in many different areas of medicine. She worked in primary care, managing an illness as simple as a sore throat to major illnesses like cancer which requires close follow up and coordination of care; as a psych provider managing fragile and mentally ill patients where building a relationship of trust was critical in helping them feel better. Emeri has also worked in integrative medicine where she learned about holistic approaches to the treatment of illnesses that work beautifully in combination with evidence based, traditional medicine; in geriatric medicine where she spent one-on-one time with complex, multifaceted patients taking multiple medications and helped to manage their health with the use of home health, palliative care, hospice, and pain management.
